19th March 2020: Coronavirus Update

News 19 Mar 2020

To our loyal customers,

Firstly, we’d like to thank everyone for being so supportive to us over the past weeks. Your loyalty and trust have helped us to continue our award-winning tours and show you the best of what Scotland has to offer.

After listening to Government advice, we’ve taken the decision to temporarily halt all tours from 19th March until 12th July 2020. Safety is of the utmost importance to us at Timberbush, and we believe these measures will further protect our customers and our team.

What does this mean for my tour?

If you have booked a tour set to depart from today until 12th July 2020, our Reservations Team will be in touch to discuss options available to you.

What are your refund and amendment policies?

We understand that you need to be as flexible as possible. To help you organise your next tour of Scotland, our Cancellation Policies have been relaxed:

  • All tours departing from 19th March – 12th July 2020 are eligible for a gift voucher for use until 2022.
  • All amendments to your booking are free of charge
  • You are free to cancel your booking with a full refund

Our team are on hand to answer any questions you have, and will be working through all emails as quickly as they can.

For any more information, please contact our team on tours@timberbushtours.com or call 0131 226 6066.

And most importantly, please stay safe. We hope to welcome you on a tour soon!

What are your opening hours?

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we've reduced our operating hours to 0900-1700. Our ticket office at Castlehill is currently closed.

As our staff are now working from home, we recommend emailing us if your enquiry isn't urgent. We'll get back to you within one working day.

What are your new hygiene procedures?

When we're back up and running, we've put new procedures in place to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. Learn more about our new procedures here: Tour In Confidence.
